1470 Beacon Street

The primary bedroom of this 1916 Colonial had a 5x7 bathroom and small closet. Working with our clients, we designed an addition over the garage to expand the bedroom, bathroom and closet, and move the laundry from the basement. We also added a shower to the guest bathroom on the third floor, making the home more hospitable to visiting family.
