Waban Three-Season

Our clients purchased the home new in 2010 and the developer-built deck was starting to fail. Since they had dreamed of having a three-season space, they decided to do a complete overhaul and upgrade.

The main space is anchored by a stone fire pit with 72" gas burner. When the bugs start to come out, they can lower the 16' motorized screen and dine without hassle. The inside is finished in shiplap siding, minimalist trim, 4 large skylights, LED strip lighting an speakers.

Outside the screened area, there is a grilling space and then a lowered seating area with stone fire pit and 36" diameter gas burner. Directional outdoor speakers allow them to listen to music without upsetting the neighbors. Tivoli lighting creates a sense of coziness and lends to a festive atmosphere.
