Our Approach
Our Quality Guarantee
We take pride in our work. We also guarantee our workmanship against defects for two years.
1. On-site Consultation
Our process begins when we meet at your home to discuss your goals. We listen and learn about what works at your home, what you want to improve and what you can't live without in your new spaces. If you already have plans, then we work to understand the decisions already made.

This meeting also helps us to understand the style and level of finish of your existing spaces, which helps us evaluate the costs related to the new work. We strive to make every renovation feel seamless, like it was a part of the original vision and design of your home. Our in-person meeting, with all decision-makers and influencers, is an efficient way to listen and learn from each other to determine if we are a good fit.
2. Work Scope, Budget and Schedule
After meeting to determine and define your goals and vision, we then start to assemble the Work Scope and Budget. The Work Scope will be used to identify and define every area of construction. It will will eventually become an exhibit in the Contract, which ensures that all parties have clear expectations and understandings..

Using the Work Scope, we will perform due diligence with the local agencies and evaluate any requirements/ regulations. We will promptly notify you of all requirements and outline the cost and schedule impacts.
3. Contract and Deposit
With the Work Scope, Budget and Schedule defined and agreed, we will draft the Contract documents and exhibits, which includes all drawings, specifications and any requirements defined by you. A Deposit is made when the Contract is executed, which releases us to commence tangible work on your project.
4. Permitting
The Contract is signed and everyone is excited for construction to begin. In order to protect your investment and ensure no future issues with local authorities, we will file the Permit on your behalf. Since we are highly experienced with the process, and have relationships with the appropriate agencies, we are able to efficiently apply for and receive all necessary permits within the shortest possible timeframe. This results in a quicker construction start and less waiting time.
5. Construction Begins
As soon as the Permit is received, our team mobilizes to start field work. Of course, you have already been kept informed of all timelines, so you are ready and waiting for our arrival.
The first day of construction always brings a tangible excitement as your existing spaces will start their transformation into your vision. Our team shares in this excitement too. We love what we do.
6. Completion and Close-out
As Construction nears completion, our team will prepare a Punch List which outlines all outstanding or incomplete work items. You will then add your items to the list so that we can have one document track and manage the final steps towards completion. Once all of the items are done and the Permit is closed, you can begin to truly enjoy your new spaces.

Additionally, we will provide you with a Project binder that identifies all Sub-Contractors who worked on your project, provides all manuals and lists finish selections. This binder becomes a critical record of the work performed and a resource for any future needs.
